one pacific place is a high-rise condominium development located in salcedo village, makati. the developers hired lizza's room to design the logo and corresponding brochures. together with francis del rosario, lizza created a sales brochure that doubled as a guide for a real estate buyer or investor. this concept was consistently executed in the preview brochure.
