nishijin is the japanese restaurant of the palms country club in alabang. named after a kyoto district, nishijin is a style of weaving that creates beautiful kimono fabric. taking cue from this cultural history, lizza designed a menu using her own illustrations that have been inspired by the patterns of the nishijin fabric. food photography by terry uy.
